The Assistant Coach of Strength and Conditioning will assist with physical fitness programs on campus. Special attention is paid to development and management of strength and conditioning programs for all varsity teams and overseeing the implementation of these programs; as well as management of the Buck Fitness Center.
- A minimum of two years as a Strength and Conditioning coach with secondary school athletes (collegiate student-athlete experience preferred) or similar experience is required.
- Must be able to comply with the College’s Motor Vehicle Policy.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Physiology, or a related field is required; Master’s degree preferred.
