Description
Duties:
- Developing a program that will be competitive in the Pacific West Conference.
- Successfully recruiting and retaining academically and athletically motivated student athletes who will have a positive impact on the program and campus.
- Planning, scheduling and conducting team practices and workouts.
- Order, keep inventory and maintenance of uniforms, supplies and equipment.
- Complete and submit all required compliance forms.
- Timely submission of CARA and recruit logs.
- Know and abide by the rules, regulations and policies of the University of Hawaii, the Athletics Department, the Pacific West Conference and the NCAA.
- Perform other duties/functions as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Possession of a baccalaureate degree or any equivalent combination of education and/or professional work experience which provides the required education, knowledge, skills and abilities as indicated.
- Two (2) years-experience coaching collegiate Softball
- Proficient in Google Docs, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to travel in-state and out-of-state.
