Assistant Coach – Track & Field/Cross Country

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Earned Bachelor’s degree by application date.
• At least one year collegiate coaching experience in the areas of cross country and/or middle and long distance track events or competed collegiately in the same disciplines.
• Commitment to promote an atmosphere of compliance and adherence to institutional, conference and NCAA rules and regulations.
• Effective communication (oral, written and interpersonal) skills.
• Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Earned Master’s degree.
• Ability to recruit student-athletes.
• Knowledge of NCAA Division I rules and regulations.
• Experience with collegiate coaching women’s track and field and cross country.
• Division I collegiate coaching experience.
• USA Track and Field or USTFCCCA Educational Certification.
