Assistant Coach, Volleyball

The Assistant Coach, Volleyball will assist the Head Volleyball Coach in team management and administration and reinforce the athletic department and university's goals.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Recruit and evaluate quality student athletes.
• Train and teach student athletes both on and off the field.
• Help to maintain NCAA, department, and university rules and regulations.
• Assist in establishing game plans, scouting opponents.
• Assist with coordinating the team budget, team travel, recruiting correspondence, fundraising efforts, film exchange.
• Organize information for visiting teams, coordinate equipment orders, and maintain positive public relationships with the university and the community.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1 or more years of volleyball coaching experience or college playing experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be a US Citizen.
