Assistant Coach – Volleyball

This position will assist the Head Women's Volleyball coach and organize and administer all aspects of Howard’s NCAA Division I women's volleyball program.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Must work to enhance image of the university and promote positive community relations.
• Serve as an ambassador of the university and a valued member of the community and may be asked to make public appearances or speak at civic events within the community.
• The assistant coach will be expected to know and follow NCAA rules and regulations and successfully pass the recruiting test each year to recruit for the university.
• NCAA Compliance documentation will be completed accurately and turned into the compliance office in a timely fashion.

• Proven ability to recruit academically and athletically qualified student-athletes.
• Demonstrated knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
