Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability and desire to motivate student-athletes to succeed academically and athletically.
- Ability to work effectively with administration, faculty, coaching staff, students, and alumni.
- Experience as a student-athlete and/or coach.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Organizing practice plans.
- Coordinating, scheduling recruiting activities.
- Assisting with financial aid and eligibility matters for student-athletes.
- Other duties as assigned by the Head Track and Field and Cross Country Coach and Athletic Director.
