Assistant Cross Country / Track & Field Coach

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability and desire to motivate student-athletes to succeed academically and athletically.
• Ability to work effectively with administration, faculty, coaching staff, students, and alumni.
• Experience as a student-athlete and/or coach.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Organizing practice plans.
• Coordinating, scheduling recruiting activities.
• Assisting with financial aid and eligibility matters for student-athletes.
• Other duties as assigned by the Head Track and Field and Cross Country Coach and Athletic Director.
