The Assistant Director of Athletic Communications (ADAC) will assist the Director of Athletic Communications in all aspects of the department, including but not limited to: website maintenance, game-day operations, statistics, social media, video/graphic configuration, and related duties as assigned. The ADAC will provide support and assist in the management of the Marymount Athletics Awards Show and Athletics Hall of Fame. The ADAC will be the primary contact for selected teams, but available for other home events as needed.
A bachelor’s degree is required with at least three years of experience in an athletic communications office (graduate assistant experience can be counted). The candidate must have the necessary skills to effectively utilize the administrative computer systems (Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, StatCrew). Experience with PrestoSports, NCAA Livestats, video editing, and graphic design preferred.
