Description
The Assistant Athletic Director, Business Operations provides high-level financial support for the Division of Athletics and Recreation, a complex organization with annual operating expenses of $30 million. This position provides appropriate financial controls by reviewing and approving expense reports, purchase orders and supplier invoices as one of three Cost Center Managers for 45+ Athletic Department cost centers.
Education and Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, including previous managerial experience.

Highly proficient in Excel applications (data manipulations); MS Excel and Google Docs
-
preferred.

Previous experience in Workday preferred, but not required.

Ability to organize and prioritize workload in a multi-tasking environment while maintaining

careful attention to detail.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
