Description
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a stressful and demanding environment.
- Knowledge of NCAA Division II regulations.
- Ability to work effectively with administration, faculty, coaching staff, students, alumni, and boosters.
Desired Qualifications:
- Two to three years of successful coaching experience.
- Experience recruiting prospects.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and HUDL.
