Description
The primary duty of the Assistant Football Coach is to provide coaching assistance to the Head Coach during training and competitions for the University of Oregon’s football program. Responsible for promoting the philosophy and objectives of the intercollegiate athletics program, including adherence to all department policies and procedures, as well as the rules and regulations of the University, the Pac-12 Conference, and the NCAA.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Five years of combined Division I/professional football playing/coaching experience.
- The successful candidate will have the ability to work effectively with faculty, staff and students from a variety of diverse backgrounds.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Division I/professional football coaching experience.
- Recruiting experience.
- Experience coaching the offensive line.
