Description
The Assistant Football Coach-Offensive Coordinator will be an integral member of the coaching staff for one of the most historically successful football programs in Division III history, including three national championships, 34 conference titles, and a $17 million home stadium. The candidate will assist in planning and organizing all aspects of a highly competitive team.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience may be substituted on a year for year basis in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
- Substantial football coaching or playing experience at the high school level or above.
- The ability to have and maintain a valid driver’s license meeting the criteria for driving a vehicle on University/State business is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s or other post-graduate degree.
- Offensive Coordinator experience.
- Three years of relevant collegiate coaching experience.
- Demonstrated experience in college recruiting.
- Understanding of, and commitment to, the NCAA Division III ideal.
