Description
SUNY Brockport Athletics invites applications for the position of Assistant Football Coach Special Teams Coordinator. The successful candidate will assist in operations of a competitive and inclusive NCAA Division III Football Program with an emphasis on supporting and retaining football student-athletes. This includes working with at-risk football student-athletes on academics and acclimating them to campus life. This positions reports to the Director of Athletics.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, and coaching and or track and field and cross country experience at the collegiate level.
- Knowledge and compliance with NCAA and league rules and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and written/oral communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in an appropriate area of specialization, and two or more years of relevant experience from a college or university accredited by the U.S. Department of Education or an internationally recognized college or university.
- Five years of college coaching experience.
- Demonstrated commitment to Division III philosophy.
