Assistant Girls Varsity Wrestling Coach

QUALIFICATIONS:

• NFHS Coaches Certification, OSAA Certifications (Can be obtained after hiring).
• High school Graduate.
• Previous successful coaching experience.
• Skills in working positively with adolescents.
• Understanding of successful teaching strategies.
• Good communication skills.
• Successful completion of fingerprint screening.
• First Aid CPR training.

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Teach fundamentals of Wrestling.
• Plan and supervise practices and games.
• Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and school personnel.
• Assume a supervisory and teaching role with athletes.
• Design practices to build match skills and strategies.
• Cooperate with CHS faculty and staff.
• Assistant youth wrestling program.
