Assistant Hockey Coach

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and performance of the hockey team.
• Conduct practices, drills, and team meetings, 3-5 days per week.
• Prepare game strategies and conduct game-day coaching.
• Travel with the team for out-of-state weekend games as required.
• Foster a positive and competitive team environment.
• Monitor and support the academic and personal growth of student-athletes.

Qualifications:

• Experience playing or coaching junior, collegiate, or pro hockey.
• Strong knowledge of hockey rules, techniques, and strategies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Commitment to the development and success of student-athletes both on and off the ice.
