Duties of the Part-Time Assistant Coach:
Assist with counseling of student-athletes.
Attend special meetings called by the athletic director, vice president of the college, or the president.
Must be capable of effectively motivation and supervising students.
Must maintain a professional relationship with students and peers.
Coaching duties assigned by the headmen’s basketball coach.
Other duties as assigned by the headmen’s coach, athletic director, or other appropriate supervisory personal.
Minimum qualifications & Requirements:
The SFCC Assistant Coach must maintain an active, valid driver license in the State of Missouri through the duration of employment. Valid driver's license and ability to meet college's insurance requirements for driving college vehicles required.
Candidates must have strong interpersonal skills, as well as demonstrated ability to recruit, retain, train, and develop students-athletes.
