Assistant Men’s Lacrosse Coach

Responsibilities:

• Assist in administering and managing a competitive NCAA Division I intercollegiate men’s lacrosse program within the context of the educational mission of the University.
• Assist with training and coaching student athletes to compete effectively and successfully on NCAA Division I level.
• Assist with managing and planning for daily practices and intercollegiate contests and supervise conditioning and training program in conjunction with professional staff.
• Assist with recruiting high quality student-athletes who are capable of succeeding in a challenging academic environment and competitive lacrosse program.
• Provide general guidance and support for student-athletes in athletic and non-athletic endeavors to enhance their experience at the University and promote academic success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and one to three years of experience in recruiting NCAA prospects and/or coaching at the intercollegiate level or equivalent required.
• Effective oral and written communication skills and ability to demonstrate skill techniques required as well as an ability to travel extensively.
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion required.
