Assistant Men’s Soccer Coach

Job Duties:

• Assist with the development and improvement of individual and team skills.
• Develop and implement on-field practice plans designed to enhance player performance.
• Provide direct, in-game coaching during matches.
• Conduct or assist with team and individual film sessions for performance evaluation and growth.
• Evaluate and recruit potential student-athletes to join the program.
• Analyze and break down game film of opponents.
• Prepare detailed scouting reports for assigned opponents and present findings to the coaching staff and team.
• Maintain weekly check-ins with current, past, and prospective student-athletes.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by the head coach.

Qualifications:

• High School (or GED) level ability in grammar, spelling, basic composition, and math.
• First Aid/CPR Certified.
