Assistant Men’s Tennis Coach

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assists, in cooperation with the Head Men’s Tennis Coach, all aspects of coaching and administering a Division III Men’s Tennis Program. Preparations planning, and setup for practice/setup. Performs practice and match analyses as well as class schedule analysis for players.
• Assists with supervising student workers.
• Assists with travel planning and home matches and tournaments. Coordinating travel plans (rental cars, hotels etc). Helps arrange team meals before/during/after competition. Responsible for driving school vehicles to and around for competitions. Assists with preparation of team uniforms.
• Teaches activity classes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Experience above the minimum requirements can substitute for education on a year-for-year basis.
• Countable experience includes college, high school, club, professional or equivalent player level experience.
• Six months of tennis coaching experience at the college, high school, club, professional or equivalent level.
