Description
Assistant Professor of Health and Physical Education. Primarily charged with teaching undergraduate classes in Health and Exercise Science (HES), Health Education (HLED), and Physical Education (PE); participate in scholarly activity, and provide departmental, school, university, and professional service. This is a full time, tenure track position in the Kinesiology and Rehabilitation Science Department within the College of Education and Health.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Teach undergraduate HES, HLED and PE classes as needed with ability to deliver course content in traditional, online, and hybrid formats
- Effectively advise students at the undergraduate level.
- Engage students in high impact learning practices.
- Provide impactful departmental, college, university, and professional service relevant to the university, community and state.

- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships with students, faculty, staff, and the public.
