Assistant Softball Coach

Under the general direction of the Head Softball Coach, this coach will be responsible for assisting in all facets of the NCAA D-III Softball program in accordance and compliance with NCAA, NCAC, and Kenyon College policies and regulations. The Assistant Softball Coach contributes to success in the following areas: recruiting qualified student-athletes, ensuring a positive student-athlete experience, day-to-day operations, and successful and positive coaching of the softball student-athletes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Demonstrated experience instructing on the rules and fundamentals of the sport.
• Collegiate playing experience.
• CPR, First Aid and AED Certification is required (and can be completed after hire).
