The assistant coach for the softball program will be responsible for assisting the head coach in the mentoring of student-athletes in a competitive environment while upholding the mission and vision of the softball program, the athletic department and Taylor University. The largest portion of the job responsibilities will be to assist with the instruction, teaching and evaluation of skills as instructed by the head coach. Other duties will include: assistance with game preparation, practice plan development, scheduling, strategy development, recruiting and overall spiritual development and discipleship of the student-athletes.
