The position will be responsible for assisting in the publicity and media relations efforts of Immaculata's NCAA Division III intercollegiate programs as assigned by the Head Sports Information Director.
- The successful candidate must have obtained a bachelor's degree in communications, public relations or a similar field, and have work-related experience in sports information.
- Candidate must have strong written communication skills, general knowledge of athletics and compiling statistics for a variety of sports, organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and details effectively.
- Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro), Microsoft Office Suite, Stat Crew statistical software, NCAA Live Stats software and Sidearm sports website management software is required.
- Evenings and weekend work required.
Knowledge of Adobe After Effects software and experience operating camera equipment to assist in photo and video capturing to enhance game coverage and multimedia initiatives for the Department of Athletics and Recreation is preferred.
