Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Physical Education, Kinesiology, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability and desire to motivate student-athletes to succeed in the weight room as well as academically.
- Ability to work effectively with the head coach of each sport.
- 3 year of Strength & Conditioning experience.
- Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and plan strength training sessions in coordination with the head coach of each sport.
- Effectively document the progress of student-athlete strength and conditioning activities, setting appropriate goals.
- Assist head coaches with strength and conditioning activities.
- Assist the Director of Strength and Conditioning with the day-to-day operations of the Strength and Conditioning Department.
