The Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach will prepare student-athletes at the University of Arkansas for the rigor and demands of intercollegiate competition through the utilization of total athletic enhancement training on an individualized as well as team specific basis.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education.
At least two years of demonstrated experience working with both men and women athletes in a Division I strength and conditioning program.
First Aid, AED, and CPR certified.
Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and/or Strength & Conditioning Coach Certified (SCCC).
At least two years of experience working with a Division I soccer program.
At least two years of experience working with a Division I golf program.
Experience and strong background in using excel for a variety of different training programs.
Experience with GPS tracking technology, internal loading technology, and a variety of different training programs.
