- Education: Bachelor's Degree.
- NSCA-CSCS or CSCCA Certification.
- CPR/AED certification.
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills combined with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and student-athletes having a range of backgrounds, interests, and perspectives.
- Attention to detail, integrity, and a high level of initiative.
- Working knowledge of medical and physiological terminology.
Preferred, but not required:
- Education: Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Strength Training or a related field of Exercise Science/Kinesiology.
- Professional Work Experience: One to three years of Collegiate Strength and Conditioning experience.
- Excellent computer skills and the ability to effectively work with others.
- Familiar with NCAA rules and regulations.
- Proficient in coaching Power Lifting and Olympic style lifts.
- Experience with the Bridge Athletics programming platform that powers robust workout design, delivery and monitoring.
- Experience with the Bod-E Comm2 (Near Infrared Body Composition Analyzer).
