Description
As an assistant strength and conditioning coach, you will enhance SCAD student-athletes' physical and mental development. You will teach them proper exercise techniques to increase full-body power and performance. You will collaborate with the athletic training staff to monitor rehabilitation and post-rehabilitation programs of student-athletes and implement progressive programming to develop sport-specific strengths.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- At least one year of experience in college strength and conditioning.
- Strong interpersonal, motivational, and organizational skills.
Certificates, licenses, and registrations:
- Certification in CSCCa SCCC or NSCA CSCS.
- CPR/AED certification.
