Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and implement year-round strength and conditioning training programs for assigned teams.
- Assist with design and implementation for two to three (2-3) teams.
- Distribute nutritional supplements and educate the student-athletes on nutrition.
- Collaborate with athletic training staff to accommodate for any injured athlete and make necessary modifications.
- Assist with coordinating facility schedule.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strength and Conditioning Coach Certified Certification (SCCC) or Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist Certification (CSCS).
- CPR/first aid/AED certified.
- One (1) year of previous experience in strength and conditioning or an equivalent mix of education and relevant experience in similar role.
