Description
The Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach-Sports Science will assist the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach with all aspects of the Football training program. Under direction of Head Strength and Conditioning Coach, monitor daily workouts for conditioning and fitness of student-athletes. They will attend seminars and conferences regrading higher education and continual education sessions. Will be the primary coach responsible for return to play protocol while using sports science data.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education.

First Aid, AED and CPR certified.
-
Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and/or Strength & Conditioning Coach Certified (SCCC).

Catapult and GPS data experience.
-
Corrective Exercise Specialist.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Experience within an NCAA Division I or SEC football strength and conditioning program.

1 year of previous Assistant Strength & Conditioning experience.

Return to play experience.
