Assistant Swim Coach

Responsibilities:

• Assists the Swim Coach during practice and competitions.
• Ensures the safety and well-being of all participants involved.
• Provides constructive criticism to participants and encourages stroke improvement.
• Attends appropriate training sessions and staff meetings as scheduled.
• Performs other related duties as requested by the Swim Coach, Pool Manager or Aquatics Director.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• Minimum 16 years of age by May 31, 2023
• Previous swimming and coaching experience necessary.
• Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background investigation and post offer drug screen.
• First Aid Certification.
• AED Certification.
