Description
The Assistant Coach will assist in the management of daily operations of a Division Ill intercollegiate swimming and diving program competing in the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference, with responsibilities including, but not limited to, assisting in the planning, recruiting, coaching, developing, implementing, and administering of the swimming and diving program (“UWL Swimming & Diving”) to meet University and Department objectives.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Substantial experience as an athlete or coach in the sport of swimming.
- Valid driver’s license.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Three years of relevant collegiate coaching experience.
- Demonstrated experience in college recruiting.
- Understanding of, and commitment to, the NCAA Division Ill ideal.
