Assistant Track and Field Coach

The Assistant Track and Field Coach will be responsible for coordinating home cross country meet; assisting with team travel arrangements; logging, recruiting and practicing activities in JumpForward software. Ensure compliance with all NCAA, Ohio Valley Conference and institutional rules; recruit and evaluate prospective student athletes; assist with maintaining Track & Field social media accounts; assist with ordering team gear; assist with managing student-athlete academic support; assist with fundraising and assist with coordinating team community service events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with three (3) years of experience coaching athletes in distance events at the NCAA level;
• Must have experience recruiting student-athletes with outstanding academic and athletic accomplishments.
