Assistant Track & Field / Cross Country Coach

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree; minimum 2 years of successful collegiate track & field coaching experience and working with diverse populations.
• Successful performance in an interview and passing a criminal background check.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree.
• Successful track & field coaching experience with a focus on cross country distances.
• Experience building and maintaining a recruiting database and managing the operations of a NCAA Track & Field and Cross Country program.
• Knowledge of/commitment to NCAA rules specifically regarding recruiting.
• Experience developing and motivating students for athletic and academic success.
• Demonstrated ability in coaching and in recruiting and monitoring for NCAA compliance at the NCAA Division II level.
