Assistant Varsity Softball Coach

Duties:

• Plan and conduct practices, drills, and scrimmages.
• Teach fundamental skills.
• Develop game strategies and provide tactical guidance during games.
• Evaluate player performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect among players.
• Ensure the safety of players during practices and games.
• Communicate effectively with players, parents, and other coaching staff.
• Organize and coordinate team events, tournaments, and travel arrangements.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of Softball rules, techniques, and strategies.
• Previous experience coaching or playing Softball at a competitive level.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire players to reach their full potential.
• Experience working with children or students in a coaching or mentoring role.
• A background in physical education or sports coaching is preferred.
