Assistant Volleyball Coach

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have or obtain a valid First Aid card.
• Good human relations and interpersonal skills.
• Prior coaching experience, preferred.

COACHING EXPECTATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Possess a strong value system that aligns with the Districts Core Covenants of Respect, Integrity and Commitment.

• Ability to effectively communicate with all audiences.
• Adheres to the rules, regulations, and policies of the WIAA.
• Develop a good rapport with head coach, parents, patrons, news media, teachers and administrators.
• Promote and practice positive sportsmanship.
• Work to achieve a positive relationship with all audiences.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities consistent with district policies and procedures as required.
