Assistant Volleyball Coach/Facilities and Events Coordinator

The position of Assistant Volleyball Coach will hold a 50% appointment in the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse Department of Intercollegiate Athletics (“the Department”) and will report directly to UWL’s Head Volleyball Coach.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant professional experience may be substituted on a year for year basis in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
• Volleyball coaching or playing experience at high school, club, or collegiate level.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understand or, and commitment to, the NCAA Division III ideal.
• Knowledge of NCAA Division III and WIAC rules.
• Experience working with diverse populations.
• Collegiate coaching or playing experience.
• Collegiate recruiting experience.
