Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate player performance (games and practices).
• Serve as video liaison with our league and other schools, uploading game video on the league server on time as directed by our league.
• Build effective partnerships with co-workers throughout the university.
• Assist with planning, organizing and conducting an effective practice.
• Video - pre scouts, post game review, individual player video and team teaching clips.
• Recruitment of prospective student-athletes; evaluate prospective student-athletes academic and athletic abilities.
• Assist with fundraising efforts as directed by head coach.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Two or three years coaching experience at the intercollegiate level or professional level.
• Potential for developing good organizational skills with a solid sense for developing the infrastructure for an effective recruiting system.
• Excellent communication skills, and positive motivator.
• Impeccable integrity with a working knowledge of the NCAA rules and regulations.
