The Assistant Women’s Lacrosse Coach Assists the head coach in all facets of the program to develop an elite NAIA Women’s Lacrosse program that will be competitive and advance the team in competition, academics, and in the community. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and possess the ability to lead, teach and coach student-athletes in a challenging environment with a strong defense and goalie mindset. The assistant coach will have a strong focus on recruiting and coaching instruction as well as building a strong and successful team culture.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is required.
Experience as a collegiate lacrosse player.
Three (3) years of leadership in a supervisory coaching role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.
First Aid/CPR Certified.
Mental Health First Aid Training.
Current and Valid Drivers license with a clean driving history.
Must satisfactorily complete EOU criminal and credential background check. Having a criminal history is not an automatic bar to employment.

Master’s Degree in any related field preferred.
