Assistant Women’s Soccer Coach

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist the head coach in managing and supporting all aspects of the women’s soccer program.
• Comply with the mission and vision of Wheaton College; adhere to all College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin and NCAA rules and regulations.
• Monitor team standards.
• Plan and execute practice with head coach.
• Execute practice plans when the head coach is absent.
• Assist in the development all off-season and holiday break training programs.
• Provide feedback and skill instruction to individuals and team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree;
• 3-5 years collegiate playing experience;
• Ability to motivate and inspire student-athletes on and off of the soccer field;
• Excellent communication skills;
• A commitment to the values of NCAA Division III athletics and Christ-centered education;
• Strong organizational skills.
• Competency in MSOffice computer programs.
