Assistant Women’s Soccer Coach

Albright College is seeking applications for Assistant Women’s Soccer Coach. The candidate will help create a fully participating atmosphere aligning with the Athletic Department mission to recruit, retain and graduate athletes from all demographics. Albright is an NCAA Division III member institution as well as a member of the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC), and the Commonwealth Conference.

Essential Job Functions:

• Assist head coach with day to day on field coaching.
• Recruit prospective student athletes on and off campus. Evaluate player talent for recruits.
• Organize recruiting communications and campus visits.
• Assist with planning and implantation of pre-season practices.
• Post all team activities and announcements on social media.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Prerequisites:

• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Playing and/or coaching soccer necessary.
• Knowledge of social media and the HUDL website preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment to building an inclusive and equitable Albright community, as described in Albright College’s Inclusivity and Equity Statement.
• Fluency in Spanish, preferred.
• Coaching experience at high school or college level.College degree or equivalent required.
