Associate Athletic Director

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure and execute business initiatives, lead analysis and develop partner networks and strategic partnerships for Athletic & Physical Education programs while communicating the final recommendations for growing partner relationships.

Essential Duties:

• Develops and implements a partnership strategy to increase the reach and impact of our ongoing efforts for OKCPS Athletics & Physical Education focus areas as defined in annual work plan.
• Researches and evaluates needs of OKCPS as whole, as well as those of individual schools; work to match partners to those needs.
• Sets and achieves annual sponsorship goal for Athletics and Physical Education Programs.
• Coordinates the management of ongoing relationships with existing partners and where relevant, leveraging those relationships for greater collective impact.
• Conceptualizes new strategic initiatives that could be built around or benefit from corporate, foundation, government, bilateral organizations or other partnerships.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administrations or a similar field.
• Understanding and local and national networks to include government agencies, local firms, nonprofits, universities and others with ties to Athletics or Wellness.
• Proven ability to identify and nurture strategic partnerships that have led to substantial support/giving for OKCPS.
• Proven ability to negotiate and work with high level executives/organizations.
• Strong analytical skills (financial, planning, operational).
