Description
The Associate Athletics Director for Administration and Compliance is a member of Athletics Senior Staff participating in the management and oversight of the Athletics Department. The incumbent provides strategic consultation to the Athletics Director covering the evolving intercollegiate athletics landscape and analyzes several dynamics including new governmental legislation, state and federal court decisions, Title IX, NCAA legislation, and competitive trends and best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall management of the Compliance Program for Athletics.
- Directs all NCAA reporting, Name, Image, Likeness oversight, supports student-athletes academic success, and is the Athletics liaison to General Counsel, Title IX, Equity & Compliance, Admissions, and Financial Aid.

Qualifications:
- Equivalent to graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a Bachelor's degree in a job-related field.
- Equivalent to five years of progressive experience in collegiate athletics compliance, preferably at the Division I level.
- A Juris Doctor (JD) or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
