Associate Director of Athletics for Sports Medicine and Human Performance

The Associate Director for Sports Medicine & Human Performance is responsible for supervising, staffing and overseeing programming for all aspects of athletic training, sports medicine, strength & conditioning, and student-athlete wellness. This position is a member of the Intercollegiate Athletics senior leadership team with duties that include but are not limited to professional staff supervision of all certified athletic trainers and strength and conditioning professionals; coordinating student-athlete wellness support and nutrition education; and related budget management and procurement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or terminal degree in Athletic Training.
• College/professional athletic training experience.
• Supervisory experience or management of students, interns and/or professional staff.
• NATA Certification.
• New York State License in Athletic Training.
• AED, First Aid, and CPR Certified.
• Strong computer and interpersonal skills.
