Associate Girls Cross Country Coach

Responsibilities:

• Assists Head Coach in running a competitive cross country program.
• Follows and maintains knowledge of all District policies and procedures.
• Abides by strict confidentiality at all times.
• Attends work on a consistent and punctual basis.
• Creates a sense of belonging and welcoming environment for all athletes, parents, and staff.
• Onsite work required.
• Assists with other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• A current Iowa Department of Education coaching authorization or coaching endorsement.
• Concussion certification.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Cross country coaching experience preferred.
