Associate Head Football Coach & Assistant Athletic Director

The Assistant Athletic Director is responsible for coordinating the character and overall development of all student-athletes and also serving as the senior advisor for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for all programs and personnel in the Athletics Department.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Prior playing experience or prior coaching experience.
• Previous experience in leading and/or supporting student-athlete development and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion activities in any organization and/or higher education institution.

Essential Duties:

• Assists in promoting the intercollegiate programs of the College. Is thoroughly familiar with eligibility rules and abides by them. Promotes a high standard of athletics based upon the athletic and academic philosophy of Saint Vincent College and the NCAA.
• Is responsible for year-round academic philosophy of Saint Vincent College and NCAA.
• Assists in preparing budgets and controlling expenditures. Assists in assuring maximum utilization of funds.
• Assist in “game-day” management and preparation.
• Assists in overall marketing for the football program.
• Assists in fundraising for the football program.
• As Assistant Athletic Director, is responsible for coordinating the character and overall development for all student-athletes.
