Essential Job Functions:
- Develops and maintains the Athletics Department website and assists with team webpages. Coordinates and maintains social media networks. Writes and distributes features and press releases.
- Oversees live audio and video for home competition. Produces game programs.
- Compiles statistics and reports results to the NCAA, NCAC, and appropriate media outlets. Distributes news releases to local, regional, and national media sources.
- During active matches and games, oversees the public address system, clock, and scoreboard operation and staff.
- Trains and supervises assigned staff.
- Coordinates interview requests for players, coaches, and staff.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree is required.
- 1-3 years of job experience working in a Sports Information or Athletic Communication department.
