Description
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate relationships with existing student-athletes through attending home athletic contests, visiting practices, scheduling events, strengthening a culture centered upon athletic core values (AICommitted).
- Fundraising, Engagement and Cultivation: Meet or exceed established revenue goals with major gifts, athletic annual fund, and sponsorships. Cooperate and collaborate with the Office of Institutional Advancement on developing and meeting goals relative to alumni development, cultivation and stewardship, major gifts and annual fund, and sponsorships. Lead special projects including but not limited to annual golf tournament, Hall of Fame Induction, etc. Develop business relationships with AIC alumni, local organizations, assigned prospects and donors to promote giving opportunities. Travel for fundraising events or donor meetings with or at the direction of the President or Executive Director for Institutional Advancement.
- Review and update the Athletics Vision and strategic priorities on a routine basis. Ensure Athletics Vision is consistent with the College's Strategic Plan regarding with a focus on enrollment, revenue growth, and facilities planning.
- In conjunction with the VP for Admissions, develop annual recruitment goals.
- Assess athletics department staff annually based on established key performance indicators.

- Required Degree(s): Master's.
- Required Field of Expertise: Higher Education; Athletics Development operations, Fundraising, Alumni Cultivation.
