Postgraduate degree in sport science, exercise science, or strength and conditioning.
8-10 years of experience as a certified strength and conditioning coach for high performance athletes.
Experience contributing to applied sports performance research and development initiatives.
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, with a high attention to detail.
Ability to travel with the team as needed.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
