Assist in all aspects of operating a highly successful NJCAA program including: recruiting quality student/athletes; develop and assist in recruiting contacts with local and state high school coaches; develop and implement a well-organized practice and competition schedule; coordinate off-season conditioning; provide athlete counseling as needed; complete all travel requests, reservations , transportation and itineraries; order, store and inventory all equipment; coordinate facility preparations; organize preparations for any home competition; assist with administrating the program within the approved budget; and complete any other responsibilities listed in the job expectations for the program.
Must be able to pitch for batting practice.
Satisfactory motor vehicle record background check.
Catching experience with hitting knowledge, preferred.
