Baseball Coach

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective training programs for the baseball team.
• Coach and mentor players to improve their skills and performance.
• Create game strategies and tactics to ensure team success.
• Manage team logistics, including scheduling practices and games.
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure a cohesive team environment.
• Provide feedback and support to players to help them achieve their goals.
• Ensure compliance with all league rules and regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Baseball Coach.
• Excellent knowledge of baseball rules and strategies.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire players.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
