Boys and Girls Varsity Lacrosse Coaches

Jack M. Barrack Hebrew Academy is seeking boys and girls varsity lacrosse coaches for the fall of 2024. Located in Bryn Mawr, PA and a member of the Friends School League (FSL), Jack M. Barrack Hebrew Academy is a pluralistic Jewish day school for students in grades 6-12.

Qualifications:

• Prior successful experience coaching.
• Knowledge of skill development.
• Ability to motivate and teach student-athletes in a positive environment.
• Proven ability to exemplify JBHA’s core values of honor, courage, kindness, and community.

Responsibilities:

• Implement training program to facilitate student-athletes reaching their full potential including, when applicable, a full in-season fall varsity schedule and limited spring practice opportunities.
• Head coaches will assist in recruiting and mentoring assistant and middle school coaches and assist in identifying potential prospective student-athletes.
• Effectively communicate with players, parents, staff, and administration while upholding Barrack’s values of honor, courage, kindness, and community.
• Establish a strong and positive team culture that values JBHA’s core values of honor, courage, kindness, and community.
• Head coaches will attend Friends School League (FSL) preseason and postseason meetings.
